Our designers excel at understanding your vision for your project. We gather all the technical details along with your ideas of what you want. We will discuss all the various options; ideal materials, use of the space, budget concerns, and integration into your existing design.
Building Permit
Depending on the size and type of project, we might need to request a building permit from the city or county to begin construction (this is our least favorite part of the process). We will be sure to communicate the additional time this adds to the project timeline.
Demolition & Removal
When existing structures need to be removed, we can safely deconstruct them and remove the old material (to be honest, this is one of our favorite parts of the process). In addition, the area often needs to be prepared for the new project.
Foundation
Every structure needs a solid foundation. Foundations need time to settle. Once we get the foundation laid, we will give it time to ensure your project will be structurally sound far into the future.
Construction
Once the permit is granted, the demo is done, and the foundation is settled, it’s time to actually see your vision come to life. We leverage all the latest techniques and safety protocols to ensure your project is completed within regulations and provide an amazing space for you and your loved ones to enjoy for years to come.
